ART GALA PREP MEETING
In preparation for the Art Gala, we are holding a short meeting to go over all the details needed to help each of your classes get ready for this fun event.
Please plan to attend the meeting on:
Wednesday, March 27th
at 10 am
in the library's Little Theater (media room).
It is essential that as many of you as possible from each classroom attends this meeting so that everyone understands what needs to be done in preparation for the Art Gala. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE plan to attend...we promise to keep it short.
We just need to review:
- where each classroom will be hanging their projects,
- where the supplies are for mounting and hanging,
- the timeline for getting everything ready for the Gala and
- a few other details about that night.
We would really appreciate you making the effort to come on the 27th at 10 am. It will make things run smoother if everyone knows what needs to be done.
