Unless your classroom teacher has told to you otherwise, this will be the schedule for the rest of the year:
MARCH
March 6, March 20, March 27 - March art lessons as usual.
**If your class has not completed the name plates, please try to fit those in this month!!
**6th Grade needs to consolidate this month's lesson into three weeks so it is completed before Spring Break.
**4th Grade omit the March lesson for Week 2.
APRIL
April art volunteers will be in charge of two weeks (two adult volunteers each week will be very helpful):
April 10 - Gala Project (lesson coming soon). Also complete any unfinished projects, including nameplates
April 17 - Tape artwork onto black posters. Most classes will do this with the students during art time. Instructions are found on the blog and in the binders under April lessons. Also see them here. Please make sure artwork is taped correctly!
Classroom coordinators will be in charge of the following:
April 18 - 24th - Hang posters in hallways. The more volunteers you can get for this, the faster it will go. Because it won't take up classroom time, you can schedule this at a time/day that is convenient for you during school hours. Instructions are found here, on the blog and in the binders under April lessons. PLEASE refer to them before hanging.
Additional help needed:
April 20 - 25th - We need volunteers to help hang the Masters Hallways and Gala Project. Please sign up for a slot when the email comes around in the next week or two.
